Build
One-off. Quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts. Bigger builds (a full brochure, an online shop, a migration, a redesign) cost more - the scope conversation sets the number.
Hosting (optional)
We host the build, keep it running, and handle small change requests. Monthly cost agreed when we scope your build. Without it, we hand over the build and you host it yourself.
SEO (optional)
Ongoing search work on top of the SEO basics every build ships with. Optional, monthly, cost agreed when we scope your build. Not every business needs it.
Pay monthly instead of all at once

How much does a website cost?
Builds start from £99. Beyond that there is no fixed price grid - every build is scoped to the business it is for. We talk through what you actually need, agree the scope and the price in writing, then build. Optional monthly hosting and SEO sit on top and are agreed in the same conversation.
Do I have to take the hosting?
No - the hosting retainer is optional. If you take it we host the site, keep it running, and handle small change requests; the monthly cost is agreed when we scope your build. If you don't, we hand over the build and you host it yourself or with whoever you choose.
What about SEO?
A competently built site already does the SEO basics that move the needle for a small business - it loads fast, it works on mobile, and it tells search engines what you actually do. If you want more on top of that - ongoing content, citations, link work - we offer an optional monthly SEO retainer. Like the hosting, the cost is agreed when we scope your build.
Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
Yes - split-pay over monthly instalments is always available on any build. The number of months and the terms are agreed at scope, alongside the build price itself, because every project is different.
I've got a Google Business Profile and a Facebook page. Do I even need a website?
Increasingly, yes - because more and more customers Google your business name first, click the website link, and decide whether to call you in the first few seconds based on what loads. A Facebook page or a 2014 template loading is, more often than not, a lost call. A small, fast, mobile-first site is the lowest-friction way to stop being the business that loses that call.
