Every build we ship is scoped to the business. We talk it through first, agree the scope and the price in writing, then build. Ongoing hosting, custom SMS / voice lines, monitoring and maintenance are monthly and are part of the same scope conversation - not a per-seat subscription bolted on afterwards.
