Who we are
mmitech.co.uk is a trading name of mendmyi Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 07705267). Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. VAT No. GB 128064621. For the purposes of UK data protection law, mendmyi Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
What we collect, and why
Three things, in order of how often it happens.
1. Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry through the site we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply, to scope the work, and - if you become a client - to run the engagement. We keep enquiry email for as long as the conversation is live and then for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back. We delete it sooner on request.
2. Spam protection
The enquiry form runs a bot-protection challenge before it accepts a submission. The provider processes your IP address and a short-lived token for the sole purpose of telling humans and bots apart. We don't use that data for anything else.
3. Analytics (opt-in only)
If you accept analytics on our cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage data - pages visited, time on page, where clicks land, the rough country your IP resolves to. We use it to see which pages are useful and which ones aren't. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiles sold to anyone. Off by default. You can change your mind on the cookies page.
Lawful basis
- Enquiry form - legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, and (if you become a client) performance of a contract.
- Spam protection - legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and free of abuse.
- Analytics - consent. We only set analytics cookies after you click "Accept" on the banner.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of trusted suppliers to run the site. Each one only sees the data they need for their job, under a written processing agreement.
- A hosting and edge-network provider that serves the site to your browser.
- A bot-protection provider that screens enquiry form submissions.
- An email provider that delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
- An analytics provider (only if you opt in).
We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with advertising networks. We will share data if we're legally required to - for example, in response to a valid court order.
Where it's stored
Our suppliers are global services and may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. When that happens, we rely on the UK government's adequacy decisions or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected to UK standards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it).
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, for anything we did on the basis of consent.
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a month, usually much sooner.

Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your data, please tell us first - email [email protected] and we'll look into it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
Changes
We update this page when the way we handle data changes. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
